1) the 4 speed is leaking around one of the shifter arms
2) headlight doors open slow(most likely low vaccum due to cam)
3) all glass minus windshield needs replaced
4) needs carpet
5)rear seat needs foam and cover stretched
6)trunk leaks, can’t figure out where
7)exhaust rattles
8)console gauge lights don’t work
9)brakes squeal at random times
10) needs better rear end gears

Luckily, of that seems so minor on the face of such a gorgeous car.
